Is this toy a Japanese-only release (at least according to current info)? If yes, the article gives the incorrect impression that it's an upcoming US release.--Nevermore 06:33, 10 November 2010 (EST)--Nevermore 06:33, 10 November 2010 (EST)
- According to the Transformers (2010 toyline) page you are right. - Starfield 11:15, 10 November 2010 (EST)
- The image has the name for Rampage. What gives?KrytenKoro (talk) 20:31, 6 May 2019 (EDT)

Yellow Rampage in ROTF movie
[edit]- Could SS Skipjack be supposed to represent the yellow Rampage that combined to form Devastator in ROTF? SS red Rampage's bio doesn't refer to him combining to form Devastator, it only mentions his scene of fighting Bumblebee. On the other hand, Skipjack's bio does mention combining with Devastator.--Primestar3 (talk) 17:14, 27 August 2020 (EDT)
- I reckon that's a pretty valid point... Although, all the old Devastator toys up until 2020 have called the yellow bulldozer/leg component Rampage which makes it harder to validate making this change to the wiki. So in my opinion, we should at the very least include a "Who is Skipjack?" portion on his page like we do for Scrapmetal regarding this issue. I know there are a lot of people out there who know the Studio Series figure was just to give you the option of having a yellow leg for the accuracy in his combined form, but I believe it should be stated as a bigger topic on his personal page in order to stray away from any confusion to anyone who isn't aware of this. Further on this topic, feel free to say no, but I reckon we should possibly include his name or at least a link to his page on the ROTF page and add a little symbol with a note that explains that the left leg of Devastator could be either of the two and that Skipjack was originally a preliminary name for Rampage but due to a possible retcon in the Studio Series toyline, this could mean that Skipjack did indeed appear in the film. In my opinion, it would be no different to G1 characters being retconned in later fiction like the "U-Haul Robot" becoming Sentinel Prime. Fanofcoolstuff27 (talk) 06:16, 24 October 2020 (EDT)
Who is Skipjack
[edit]Not sure we need a whole section dedicated to this. Escargon (talk) 09:23, 27 October 2020 (EDT)
- Honestly I'd be in favour of putting the Devastator leg's information on this page with a note explaining the identity confusion. --Riptide (talk) 09:47, 27 October 2020 (EDT)
- I agree. Why should we not have a section dedicated to explaining confusing animation translated into mainline figures? We have such extensive notes dedicated to Sunbow Cyclonus, Brawn, and Dion. S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 10:47, 27 October 2020 (EDT)
- Going off of what Riptide and S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 suggested, I have made an edit. If anyone feels this is a bad move, feel free to reverse the edit. Fanofcoolstuff27 (talk) 16:54, 27 October 2020 (EDT)
