Solar harvester note

In the Revenge of the Fallen film itself, it seemed to me that the AllSpark was de-emphasized to the point where the solar harvester was simply a general energy gathering device that The Fallen needed to energize his army. I don't think there was any talk of the purpose of the harvester was to energize the AllSpark (like in the comics), but I could be wrong. - Starfield 22:36, 14 October 2009 (EDT)

Two points
1) Official fiction says that the harvesters repowered the AllSpark, therefore, it is a legitimate function of the device.

I thought the note on this page gave misleading information on what the solar harvester was built for and should change to something more generic to fit all fiction. But yes, the prequels said it was for recharging the AllSpark, so I suppose that is valid, even if it was never mentioned in the film. - Starfield 10:04, 15 October 2009 (EDT)
