Errr...I'm a little confuzled. -- SFH 03:47, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- Me too. Is this the first IDW G1 comic that has almost nothing to do with the main story whatsoever? --FFN 03:56, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
- Second. Spotlight: Ramjet was a standalone story as well. -- Dark T Zeratul 13:54, 9 October 2009 (EDT)
- But Spotlight: Ramjet actually takes place within continuity, between stories, even if it's not mentioned elsewhere. (Just like, say, Spotlight Metroplex or Wheelie.) But Spotlight Mirage still shows no connection to IDW continuity whatsoever in any known fashion. It seems to take place largely in two alternate universes distinct from the one we know. --ItsWalky 14:02, 9 October 2009 (EDT)

It seems to me that we should take this as it is: a dream. The best example I can think of is the episode of the Disney cartoon Gargoyles titled "Future Tense". Mirage is distraught about the fact that many autobots don't trust him, and he has a dream about what would happen if he really is the traitor they think he might be. Of course, that's just my speculated interpretation.--Megatron Prime 23:29, 26 August 2010 (EDT)
- I agree with Megatron Prime, i was thinking just the same that Mirage is Dreaming about his Decepticon-self, then Awakens as the Real himself, thinking about the dream.--Rustyscraplet 10:30, 12 November 2010 (UTC)
