As I see it, Pop-Up Sunstreaker is based on Generation 1 Sunstreaker, as has been determined on this list on the talk page for the Pop-Up book and can be seen by comparing to these images of G1 Sunstreaker. Does anyone object to me moving the Pop-Up details to the page for G1 Sunstreaker? S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 19:39, 25 December 2015 (EST)

Considering how small this page is, I would have no problem seeing it merged -Foffy the Sheep (talk) 20:20, 25 December 2015 (EST)
Well the Retribution stuff would stay as its own. S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 20:25, 25 December 2015 (EST)
Pop-Up Sunstreaker's design is as based on G1 Sunstreaker as this Optimus design is based on G1 Optimus. --Sabrblade (talk) 23:05, 25 December 2015 (EST)
I'm afraid I don't fully understand the point you're trying to make. Please clarify. -Foffy the Sheep (talk) 23:32, 25 December 2015 (EST)
That's not G1 Optimus. Something being based on G1 isn't the same as it being G1. --Sabrblade (talk) 00:13, 26 December 2015 (EST)
We have other things such as such as Hearts of Steel placed onto the G1 pages because they're considered to be close enough, and because we realize that it's not very helpful to casual readers to have it off on its own little page. No, this isn't exactly 100% G1, but I think its better off on the G1 page instead of here where no one will ever read it. -Foffy the Sheep (talk) 00:36, 26 December 2015 (EST)
Sabrblade, the book's content is Iocus; all the designs are G1, Aligned, etc because they're based on something else. The way I see it, Pop-Up Sunstreaker is as G1 as Pop-Up Scourge is. Pop-Up Sunstreaker has two pointed things on the top sides of his shoulders, the twin vents on his back, the crest on the top center of his chest, even the headlights on the outer front corners of his feet. Pop-Up Sunstreaker is comparatively much more like G1 Sunstreaker than the Pop-Up Optimus you put forth looks like G1 Optimus. Do you disagree? S.H.I.E.L.D. The book was not conceived as being any kind of Iocus thing (Iocus wasn't even a thing when the book came out). All information we had on the book when it was released was that it took designs from the Binder of Revelation, the foundational backbone of the Aligned continuity. When the book first got its own Wiki page, EVERY character within its pages was deemed to be an Aligned character due to all info we had on the book pegging it as an entirely Aligned-based book. The logic you attribute to claiming Sunstreaker to be G1 can just as well be attributed to a bunch of other Binder designs. Have you even seen any of the Binder designs before? Look at the ones for Optimus, Jazz, Sideswipe, Ironhide, Megatron, Soundwave, etc. They all have the iconic elements that the G1 characters were remembered for, yet we know good and well that these aren't the G1 characters. How is Sunstreaker any different from his brethren? --Sabrblade (talk) 01:09, 26 December 2015 (EST)
Not everyone in the pop-up book used Binder of Revelation designs. The book itself is pretty ambiguous as to what continuity it represents, using a mix of G1, Aligned, and live-action film designs. Sunstreaker's design is pretty G1-esque, and there's no evidence that there's any Sunstreaker concept art in the Binder of Revelation to begin with. So why are you acting like everyone in the book is Aligned-until-proven-G1? -Foffy the Sheep (talk) 03:26, 26 December 2015 (EST)
