He's not one. The rail is very similar to a rhamphorynchus, head's a little off, but overall body is wrong for a Pterodatyloid pterosaur. User:GWolfv2

...Rhamphorynchus is practically defined by a long, diamond-tipped tail, which Swoop does not even kind of have. He has a shorter crest than usual, probably because of the giant FAST packs sitting behind his head. In any case, I've rewritten the toy description to a) be less specific, considering he is a fake made-up toy robot pterosaur and b) not be patently absurd. -LV 18:37, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
