Talk:The Girl Who Loved Powerglide
I swear the entire scene in the garage where Spike breaks his drill was just chock-full of innuendo. --FFN 03:09, 27 December 2009 (EST)
- Yes, the recent inteview with Wise confirmed that. Geewunling 03:32, 27 December 2009 (EST)
Is using 'bloody' while not being British really an error? I and several friends do it, none of us British Esrz22 15:57, 25 July 2010 (EDT)
CHARACTER LIST
[edit]Are there a couple problems here? Rachet and Sparkplug are both listed as 7th in appearance. Wheeljack and Spike are both listed as 8th. Skywarp 00:35, 30 July 2013 (EDT)
- Looks like someone fixed it a while back. Skywarp 09:16, 15 August 2013 (EDT)
No Metal
[edit]Astoria correctly deduces that throwing a metal object into the apex of the energy-storm-generating tower will disable it. Yet she then looks around the MECHANICAL ISLAND and notes she finds “nothing” metallic.
I always thought this was intentional; it seems it would be in-character for her to blatantly ignore, or at least not notice, the fact that the island is made of metal. Magaroja 20:53, 15 July 2013 (EDT)
"Girl"
[edit]The article says:
- Powerglide's first line in the episode seems to revolve around the notion that one can be either a top scientist or a girl. And he's the one who gets a PSA on gender discrimination?
I assumed he was distinguishing "girl" from "woman" - i.e. he was surprised by her age rather than her gender. --flicky1991 13:07, 4 August 2013 (EDT)
