The Legends comic takes place between BWII and BWN and Transformers look the same before and after Vector Sigma mechanizes Cybertron. That Transformers in this episode don't look like the technorganic Transformers in Beast Machines isn't explained, but lots of things can happen in X0,000 years and I don't think it's really pertinent here.
