In the Continuity notes:"The events of this issue take place prior to the Bumblebee story in the 2017 Transformers annual." We saw that in P.7 Nosecone said "We heard Orion Pax had a new guy, a civilian." I I think it's reasonable that the "new guy" supposed to be Bumblebee. In the same note it refers to "Bumblebee's remark that 'everybody needs help sometimes' reflects the lesson he himself has to learn in that story." So, this issue should be take place AFTER the Bumblebee story in the 2017 Transformers annual, isn't it?

The new guy is Jetfire. This is his first day at work, and in the Annual, he's already working with Prowl and Pax. - Chris McFeely (talk) 11:45, 29 May 2017 (EDT)
