Silhouette Identification

[edit]

In the bottom-most panel on page 17, there is a silhouette that clearly resembles Drag Strip, but it might be possible that Don Figueroa meant for it to be Mirage, since it is willingly giving itself up, which is very uncharacteristic of any Decepticon. I put it in the "items of note" section, but left it out of the featured character section since the identity of the silhouette is debatable. Mechabreaker 19:44, 29 April 2010 (EDT)

The fact Mirage is in vehicle mode when he's next seen is shaky reasoning for assuming the guy on page 17 isn't him. He could have simply transformed to more easily fit on the Skywatch transport. - Cattleprod 20:18, 29 April 2010 (EDT)
So should I just go with it and put Drag Strip in the featured characters list?Mechabreaker 21:35, 29 April 2010 (EDT)
Oh, I was actually arguing that the guy on page 17 WAS Mirage, but on closer inspection, the guy does have two wheels on each arm, which matches Drag Strip and not Mirage. I also thought ALL the Decepticons escaped, but the dialogue indicates some were indeed captured. So, carry on. - Cattleprod 21:50, 29 April 2010 (EDT)

Run-on Sentences

[edit]

Is it just me or are there some very, very, very long sentences in this article. For example, the paragraph where Thundercracker saves Bumblebee is one long sentence. I don't have this issue yet so I can't edit it myself without risking changing the intent. --FFN 20:33, 29 April 2010 (EDT)

Fixed the paragraph in question, along with a few others that I found. I hope it is sufficient enough to meet standard quality.Mechabreaker 21:33, 29 April 2010 (EDT)
Thanks :D But what does this mean "He also says that Swindle is not as smart as he says, because he didn't spend much time applying the gestalt tech to the Stunticons, and that they could probably take it before running off to help Rodimus." Who is they and what could they take? --FFN 22:33, 29 April 2010 (EDT)
How's this? Thundercracker then says that Swindle is not as smart as he says he is. Since Swindle didn't spend a proper amount of time applying the gestalt tech to the Stunticons, Thundercracker tells Bumblebee that he believes the Autobots could probably take Menasor down. Thundercracker then tells Bumblebee that he needs to help Rodimus, and he runs off to do so. Mechabreaker 00:25, 30 April 2010 (EDT)

Summary Length

[edit]

This summary is now nauseatingly long. It's supposed to be a summary, not a precise play-by-play. Seriously, it's like twice the length of any other summary of an Ongoing issue thus far. --Detour 01:39, 30 April 2010 (EDT)

I don't have a prob with it. at least with the long passages the story is told. I've found with the short ones that content is lost. I wouldn't suggest editing it, but that's just my opinion. Screamer 03:53, 30 April 2010 (EDT)
Well, uh, yes. The idea is that we give a basic summary, and if you want the content, you go out and buy the comic. We're not here to replace the comics. --Jeysie 09:08, 30 April 2010 (EDT)
