For the record: nullum agrees in case and gender with sacrificium (2nd declension neuter nominative / accusative singular); victoria (1st declension) is either nominative / vocative singular or ablative singular, but sine ('without') always takes the ablative so it has to be the latter. 'No victory without sacrifice', which would be a better Latin equivalent of the English, would be 'nulla victoria sine sacrificio' (in motto-Latin, at least).
