Headmaster head identification

For the TPB cover, the "Headmaster head" looks pretty much like Gort to me. The head he's transforming from resembles the character model for Highbrow, and the humanoid form resembles the artwork from the Dreamwave MTMTE series (which is used for Gort's page image).
