Ratchet's video song

I wasn't at the ceremony, but I was wondering if the "I Need A Doctor" song used was this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VA770wpLX-Q especially seeing as that's the only song of that title that seems to exist, and if so, how many of the three contributors to the track should be credited in the article. I would've just edited the page myself, but like I said, I wasn't at the ceremony aka the only place where the vids with the copyrighted songs were shown, so I wouldn't want to be presumptuous.
