OK, there are some difference between the CD and the tracks previously available on Brian Tyler's site (on the left):

01 Transformers Prime is still CD track 1

02 We Have Returned is CD track 6

03 Prime Launch is last part of CD Track 3 One Shall Rise

04 Relentless Pursuit is the last part of CD track 7

05 Agent Fowler ???

06 Autobot Stratagum is CD track 9

07 RC On The Move is CD track 14

11 The Decepticons ???

27 Finale Part I is CD track 24 Prime Finale

28 Finale Part II is CD track 02 Optimus Prime Returns

Tracks and their scenes

With the films, each track is accompanied by a description of the scene it is featured in. Obviously since these themes here repeat, it'd be foolish to have to write, "Relentless Pursuit - Arcee fights the Vehicons, Arcee fights Airachnid, Optimus saves Vince from Knock Out..." But, perhaps instead, we could list the first scene the track was featured in. "We Have Returned - Arcee and Bumblebee bring the kids to the base for the first time; the Autobots arrive too late to save Cliffjumper, Starscream decides to target Arcee, the Autobots hold a memorial for Cliffjumper."
