Talk:Transformers names in other Hasbro lines
I'm questioning the linking here. I mean, not only are there several names here shared by several different TFs, but you'd think we should also link to the relevant Joes, either their pages on this wiki or on YoJoe.com. --M Sipher 04:44, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
Would it be worth a note for the shared TF/other hasbro lines names? Offhand there's what... Cryotek, Longarm, Beachcomber, Starcatcher, etc. I think there was an MLP Seaspray... -hx 23:46, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
- I don't think that'd quite justify a full article, but a second "other Hasbro lines" table with all of 'em jumbled up on this page, sure. Wasn't Shadow Striker also pulled from a "Hasbro owns this from another toyline" list? --M Sipher 23:52, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, I wasn't thinking a full second page, but at least a second list, yeah. Do it in three columns, maybe. TF name, other toy with link, other toyline. (Except for Roadblock. I think there's been a roadblock in pretty uch EVERY Hasbro boy's line...) -hx 00:23, 27 November 2006 (UTC)
- Let us not forget the Xevoz Razorclaw. And I'd probably follow the way the Joe/TF list is, just add the line name to the left column's entries. Or maybe a sub-header. --M Sipher 00:37, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

Page name change?
[edit]Considering the size of the non-Joe shared names table... maybe we should change this page to "Shared Hasbro-line names" or somesuch? --M Sipher 01:05, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
90s movie tie-ins
[edit]There were Jurassic Park dinos named Snapper, Slice, and Steel Jaw, and a Congo gorilla named Bonecrusher. Would these go in a main list or at the bottom like the Marvel stuff? The JP names were evidently all trademarks of Hasbro (other names from the line like Plate Face and Spike-Tail are in the US trademark database under their ownership, albeit deceased by now), despite the toyline being licensed. --Monzo (talk) 05:15, 2 August 2017 (EDT)

[edit]Are you sure Hasbrow owns (for example) "Lightfoot"? I though he belonged to Takara. Hasbrow owns a version of him, called Getaway. But are they the same? Tylerwu (talk) 13:55, 8 November 2021 (EST)
