Prime Cartoon

In Orion Pax Part 1 the image used to cover up Optimus Prime in the computers looks just like the Cyberverse toy. Shouldn't that be mentioned?

Show body

Nope, the show model is 'retooled' from Optimus Prime's model, just like the Beast Hunters/Platinum Series toys. The chest on the Voyager toy is a liiittle different to the show model, likely to accommodate it becoming the truck's windscreen on that mould, but the Platinum Series Weaponiser retool is pretty spot-on. The only thing the Robots in Disguise mould has in common with the show design is the head. Jalaguy 17:58, 4 April 2013 (EDT)

Vehicle Mode?

What exactly is Ultra Magnus`s Alt mode? He seems to be a Cybertronian Armored Transport truck in Fall of Cybertron.And his cyberverse and voyager class toy transforms into some sort of a military rocket launcher truck that looks half like normal flat bed truck while in beast hunters he shares a body type similar to Optimus prime —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Nutbolthaze (talk • contribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}.

Main Picture!!!

This site's convention, almost always adhered to, is that a character's earliest (in real life, not in fiction) body gets to be the main image, with preference given to bodies that got toys. We've ignored that in the WFC guys, a lot, and I think for the best...but the first Prime toy body is still very recognizable as Prime Magnus, and I think should stay. -LV 18:15, 30 May 2013 (EDT)

Isn't the convention their first body in fiction? We should either go for a screencap from Prime S3, OR WfC (DS)/FoC concept art, since unlike (say) Starscream or Soundwave, they're entirely recognisable as the same guy on the TV show (MORE so than the PRiD body, actually!). - SanityOrMadness 18:50, 30 May 2013 (EDT)

The current image is the least-crummy full body art we have of Ultra Magnus in a Prime-era body, even if it's not his show body. Changing it to a screenshot offends my sensibilities, so I say just leave it as-is until something noticeably better comes along. --Monzo 18:56, 30 May 2013 (EDT)

Platinum UM/Vehicle mode pic

Has anyone actually gotten a Platinum Ultra Magnus yet? Can you fold the shoulders back over the "bed" of the vehicle mode if you leave the forge off? Also, can anyone get a picture of his vehicle mode from the show? --King Starscream 13:38, 1 July 2013 (EDT)

The toy image on the article is user-made, so yes, people have him. Said image, along with a couple video review I've checked just now, suggest that no, the vehicle mode can't be improved any with the Forge removed. His show model's vehicle mode looks like this. Jalaguy 17:47, 1 July 2013 (EDT)
