Shouldn't this be at "Ushiwakamaru" since that's the name he's referred to in the episode? --Sabrblade (talk) 22:38, 8 January 2014 (EST)

I don't think so. The character is pretty obviously Minamoto-no-Yoshitsune as a kid (when he was called Ushiwakamaru). It's akin to us calling Dwayne Johnson "The Rock". It seems needlessly obfuscatory to insist that this be left under the nickname just because he isn't referred to by that in the show. I could see a redirect, though...--BraveMax (talk) 23:55, 8 January 2014 (EST)
This Wiki's policy is to use the names that are used in the official TF media. It's why the Godzilla page used to be named "That big green, fire-snortin' lizard", or why the George W. Bush page used to named "Dubya". Once their actual names began to show up in the fiction, however, the pages were promptly (if a bit begrudgingly in the lizard's case) moved. We call him "Dwayne Johnson" instead of "The Rock" because the end credits used his real name. Should this guy's adult name ever get used in official Transformers media, then that would most assuredly call for it to be named as such. But as is, the name "Ushiwakamaru" is the only name he's referred to by any official TF media. --Sabrblade (talk) 01:27, 9 January 2014 (EST)
*Shrug* Fine by me. Feel free to move it. If the policy is that set, I'm not sure why you didn't just go ahead and do so in the first place...--BraveMax (talk) 22:04, 9 January 2014 (EST)
Wanted to discuss it civilly first before doing anything hasty. --Sabrblade (talk) 00:41, 10 January 2014 (EST)
