Generations Toy

[edit]

Has the Generations toy been officially announced? Everywhere else I go, I've seen that 'these are only prototype images' or that 'it is assumed that it will be deluxe sized'. Anyone agree?-Megatron Prime--67.142.174.20 10:44, 30 January 2011 (EST)

No official announcement. We've seen the design in the Rodimus vs. Cyclonus comic but don't officially know if it's associated with a toy, etc. etc. --Detour 11:17, 30 January 2011 (EST)
The toy pictures are supposedly from the Japanese patent office website--the same place where people first found Classic Astrotrain. If that is the case, then this is a publicly-accessible info release from an official segment of the toy production chain, and would be allowable by this wiki's standards as evidence of the toy existing. Technically, the patent office doesn't say "Generations" or the size point, but there's no point in playing dumb just for dumbness' own sake. --Thylacine 2000 11:20, 30 January 2011 (EST)

Serial Number?

[edit]

I just noticed that there's a number carved into my Warpath figure, on the bottom of the turret, on the part that sticks out in the back in robot mode. Does anyone else's figure have this? -- 67.207.118.103 19:43, 3 May 2011 (EDT)

Yes. This is commonplace among all current Transformers toys. --ItsWalky 21:15, 3 May 2011 (EDT)

Warpath's new toy caption

[edit]

What's that say? It says 7URR-37735. What does that mean? --69.19.14.32 17:41, 28 May 2011 (EDT)

It's supposed to be "TURRETTES" in "leet-speak". It's a pun on his having a gun turret and Tourettes syndrome. --Khajidha 17:43, 28 May 2011 (EDT)
PS - his tampographs ("K4-90W" and "Z0W-333") mean "kapow" and "zoweee". --Khajidha 17:44, 28 May 2011 (EDT)

What?

[edit]

I have just bought Generations Warpath. I noticed that, in his instructions, there is a different head sculpt. You aren't going to mention it? P.S. You guys are (KA-POW!) awesome.

This fact is listed at the bottom of Warpath's Notes section. --Monzo 11:38, 31 July 2011 (EDT)

Quite a Clever Pun

[edit]

I'm sorry to be that guy but could someone please explain the pun mentioned in the notes section. Flydie 12:28, 22 November 2011 (EST)

Tourette's = turrets. --Xaaron 12:47, 22 November 2011 (EST)

g1 takara toy?

[edit]

I have a g1 Warpath toy made by Takara in 1984 but all of the web sites I have looked on say he is from 1985 by Hasbro.

If you are referring to the mold stamp on the bottom of the figure, that simply means that the mold was owned by Takara and was patented in 1984. --Khajidha 07:12, 9 November 2012 (EST)
