Continuity family classification

Given that the Legends Universe was spawned from the OG World and 95% of its inhabitants are analogues of Beast Era characters, would it not be most accurate to classify Whirl's friend as hailing from the Generation 1 continuity family? S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 16:57, 29 February 2016 (EST)
