On second thought, would it make more sense to refer to this guy as "Yūrakuchō Prime" instead of "Yurakucho Prime" since his name contains the characters that result in "Yūrakuchō" (like the actual name of the place) rather than just "Yurakucho"? --Sabrblade 19:34, 5 November 2012 (EST)
