Blast Off versus Shuttle Gunner?

Can someone who has the issue tell me if Blast Off is identified by name in this issue? I ask because we have noted several instances in the chronologically-recent Punishment of erroneous/questionable appearances by Combaticons and Protectobots, and body-changing has been established as hard to do in the IDW continuity. So if necessary this article should note that Blast Off may be his identical Battle Gaia team counterpart Shuttle Gunner.
