{{r?}} is a template used to create the "⸮" reverse-question mark symbol, used to mark a rhetorical question or (less commonly) an ironic statement.
This symbol is now signifigantly more obscure than the Interrobang, though like the interrobang's online-driven resurgence, the ⸮ flourished as a quirky-but-beloved typographical oddity during the 16th century and (more briefly) the 19th.
(This template will probably never be used, but it amuses me so to create it.)
