This image is the cover of a single issue of a comic book, the copyright for which is owned by either the publisher or the artist who produced this cover.

Is this true? I thought that Hasbro licensees had to surrender the copyrights for anything they create for the TF franchise to Hasbro. Hence Titan & IDW doing reprints of Marvel issues - and IDW having trouble reprinting any issues that feature characters that weren't created for TFs (at least nominally, in the case of Death's Head & Circuit Breaker - they first appeared elsewhere specifically so Marvel could get round that clause). - SanityOrMadness 15:32, 24 March 2009 (EDT)
