How can you have separate 'art' and 'colors' credits for a colored piece, as in the example? Surely it should be LINE art and colors. Mammalian Verisimilitude 18:22, 28 October 2009 (EDT)
- Ask the people who credited it that way. - Magnus Maximus 18:48, 28 October 2009 (EDT)
- So you would solely credit Pat Lee for a page actually done (ghosted/uncredited) by Alex Milne because the comic gave the credit to Lee? Surely accuracy is paramount, and more important than maintaining a misleading credit. - Mammalian Verisimilitude 19:53, 28 October 2009 (EDT)
- Not really, so long as nobody goes completely uncredited. If you look at the comic story pages on the wiki, it is actually common practise to give an "art" credit if that's the way it was originally presented. That's why {{Comicstory{{#if:||{{{2}}}|}}}} has a thousand different permutations, in case an issue uses "script", "scripter", "scripting", or "script by". The comics say that "art" and "colour" are two distinct jobs, the wiki says note it as they present it, the Dude abides. - Magnus Maximus 20:15, 28 October 2009 (EDT)

Colourized B&W images
[edit]
These issues are not exactly from #229 like it says in the description (since they are in colour). Could another field be added to list the issue they were colourized in? - Starfield 11:25, 10 July 2012 (EDT)
- Transformers Annual 1992 86.3.79.244 12:15, 19 August 2012 (EDT)
- I went ahead and added a field. It is called "|colourissue=" if anyone wants to use it. - Starfield 10:13, 20 August 2012 (EDT)
