The Autobots and Decepticons invade a theme park.

Synopsis

[edit]

Optimus Prime and Bumblebee are at Sanrio Puroland, with the former excitedly pointing out characters. When Bumblebee asks why they're there, Optimus reveals that the Q-Transformers toys crossing over with Hello Kitty were just released, though unfortunately their attempts to get Hello Kitty onto the show as a guest were unsuccessful. Instead Optimus has decided they should visit Puroland where there are many popular characters so they can get some ideas on becoming more popular. Bumblebee thinks Optimus is maybe too into the place. Meanwhile Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker are also at the theme park. Starscream momentarily mistakes Optimus for a penguin in a sailor hat, but Thundercracker clarifies that Optimus and Bumblebee are new designs. Starscream is appalled that the pair are there despite not being official Sanrio products. Optimus demands to know why the Decepticons are there, and Starscream reveals it's because it's a well known hangout for attractive wives. Skywarp and Thundercracker aren't that keen, but have been dragged along by Starscream who knows Optimus is there to research popularity and challenges the Autobots to see which side can become more popular. Bumblebee nominates the topic of Q-Transformers Land.

Thundercracker puts forward the idea of inserting 10-yen coins into the Autobots and also the children, which Bumblebee raises an objection to. Skywarp mocks him for fumbling the pronunciation of "Decepticon". Starscream's concept is to have a transforming park — by day, it's a park for kids, but then by night it becomes a park for adults, with alcohol and shorter skirts on the female cast. The Decepticons are enthusiastic about this. Bumblebee asks if the show will change as well, causing Starscream to imagine dousing women with water to make their shirts wet, and Thundercracker suggests they should build the park in a red light district. Much laughter ensues.
