Thomas Perkins is a celebrated character designer. He has worked on such series as Extreme Ghostbusters, Big Guy & Rusty the Boy Robot, Men in Black the Series, The Batman, Ben 10, The Spectacular Spider-Man and lots more.

For Transformers Animated, he did the original designs for Meltdown's fusion creatures.
