Throttle is a Mini-Con from the Super Link portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Throttle (スロットル Surottoru), along with their teammates Accel and Screw in the City Stealth Team, assist the Autobots in searching the galaxy for deposits of raw energon ore. The trio combines to form the robot Windcharger.

A redeco of the Energon/Cybertron version of Sureshock, Throttle transforms into a four-wheeled ATV of undetermined, probably-made-up model. They can also form the torso and arms of the combined robot Windcharger.
This figure was exclusively available at Japanese Toys"R"Us stores, as a promotional giveaway with the purchase of 2000 yen worth of Super Link toys, limited to 4000 pieces countrywide.
This toy doubles as the Beast Wars: Uprising character X-Throttle. This mold was also used to make Micron Booster Damper.
