Timothy James Curry (born April 19, 1946) is a British actor, voice actor and singer, best known for his film roles in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Clue, Home Alone 2, It, Muppet Treasure Island and Congo. In the realm of theatre, he originated the roles of Dr. Frank N. Furter in The Rocky Horror Show and King Arthur in Spamalot.

He has also appeared on innumerable cartoons playing invariably sinister British guys, such as taking over the role of Emperor Palpatine in The Clone Wars, Hexxus in Ferngully: The Last Rainforest, Professor Finbarr Calamitous on Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Dr. Anton Sevarius in Disney's Gargoyles, G. Gordon Godfrey on Young Justice, Kilokahn in Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad, Skullmaster on Mighty Max, Captain Hook on Fox's Peter Pan & the Pirates and the decidedly non-sinister yet still British naturalist Nigel Thornberry on The Wild Thornberrys.
