Tim Seeley (born 1976) is an American comic book artist who has worked for both Marvel Comics and Devil's Due Press. He is best known for his creator-owned series Hack/Slash. He has also worked on Forgotten Realms: The Dark Elf Trilogy and G.I. Joe for Devil's Due, New Exiles for Marvel, and Rob Liefeld's Bloodstrike (published by Image).

Seeley worked as a penciller on Devil's Due's second G.I Joe vs. The Transformers series, and wrote the script for both The Art of War and Black Horizon.
