Tod entered Down and Out and almost got to the treasure. Unfortunately as he was crossing a bridge, he was knocked off by a swinging log and ended up landing in the water below. As host Chuck Chuckles smugly started introducing the next contestant, the lights went out and Tod and the rest of the audience present were taken prisoner by Knock Out and Breakdown. They were held in a cage over spikes, until they were later rescued by Optimus Prime. It's a Knock-Out
