Todd Klein (born January 28, 1951 in New Jersey) is a comic book letterer and writer. A keen interest in comics led him to apply for work at a number of New York publishers in 1977 and he was hired by D.C. Comics. When he settled on a career in lettering, John Workman helped him get started. He remained on staff at D.C. until 1987 when he struck out as a freelancer. While he still lettered prolifically for D.C., he also began working on comics for Marvel and other comic companies, and is especially notable for lettering Neil Gaiman's Sandman comics for Vertigo.
