Tom Morgan (born October 21, 19??) is an American comic book artist. He started at Marvel Comics in the early 80s, on Captain America, Star Trek, Spider-Man, and gradually ended up working on comics for D.C. as well. More recently he drew a comic book autobiography of Barack Obama for IDW Publishing. He also works in storyboarding and character design for TV shows, such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Jackie Chan Adventures, X-Men: Evolution, and Wolverine and the X-Men.
