Tom Palmer (July 13, 1942 - August 20, 2022) was an American comic book inker. Regarded as one of the first modern comic inkers, Palmer went straight from art school to inking Doctor Strange for Marvel Comics in 1968. He had since been an inker on many of Marvel's top titles, often teamed with popular pencillers including Neal Adams, Gene Colan and John Buscema. Some of his more recent work included the comic Kick Ass, leading to his art being integrated with the movie version. He also occasionally did pencils and coloring.
