"THE TREACHEROUS ATTACK OF THE DECEPTICONS" is the name the Autobots give to the Decepticon assault that began the Great War. Its only known usage is in the Tech-Spec Manual, an instructional guide given to human recruits into S.T.A.R.S.

It is unknown what name, if any, the Decepticons have for the same event.
