UDON Entertainment is a Canadian comic book studio, most noted for their comics based on Capcom's video games, including Street Fighter and Mega Man. It was founded in 2000 by Erik Ko, Arnold Tsang, Ken Siu-Chong, and Shane Law. In addition to producing their own comic books, UDON artists have supplied work to other comics publishers, including Marvel Comics and Devil's Due Press.<ref>UDON Studios on ComicBookDB</ref> The company has also compiled and translated art books based on various media properties, and produced promotional or in-game artwork for several video games, most prominently Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix.

In 2001, when Hasbro were seeking a comics publisher to create new Transformers comics, UDON was part of a joint bid with Marvel, and would have supplied the art for the title. The work instead went to Dreamwave Productions. <ref>Lying in the Gutters Transformers Special</ref> UDON did eventually get Transformers comics work, providing limited edition covers for Devil's Due's G.I. Joe crossover comics. Following the collapse of Dreamwave Productions, many of the orphaned artists were picked up by UDON.
