Story of Binaltech

In a major battle on Cybertron, Megatron used the Unleashers to mount a telepathic attack against the Dinobots. The aliens' abilities reduced the Dinobots into utterly savage beasts that attacked fellow Autobots, forcing their comrades to shut them off. Due to the Unleashers' apparent uselessness against vehicular Transformers, Wheeljack had Grimlock's mind transferred to a Binaltech Ford Mustang body on Earth. Beast in the Machine

With the aid of Soundwave's telepathic abilities, the Autobots were able to cure their teammates of the Unleasher infection. In the BT World, those efforts required the Autobots to use Binaltech technology to duplicate Soundwave's abilities with the Psychedevice, as the Decepticon's whereabouts were unknown. Outlier
