Super-explosive popularity even in America!

Beast Wars is currently explosively popular in Japan. In fact, it's a huge hit in America too. The series started a step ahead in the America, in 1995, and over 30 types of Beast Warriors have been released there. In this portion of the book, we'll be introducing Beast Warriors that haven't been released in Japan yet. Let's hope they go on sale here soon! ❇Further, this information is all from the foreign versions. (It may be changed later.)

RETRAX - Destron Desert Demolitions
A Destron warrior who transforms into a desert-dwelling sand bug. Even on top of sand, which is difficult to walk on, he can move quickly by rolling up his body like a ball. He hides in tunnels dug under the desert and specializes in ambushing his enemies. The colors are a little nasty, but the transformation is fun.

[Retrax's rolled-up mode is labeled "Guard Mode".]

CLAW JAW - Cybertron Aquatic Assault
A Cybertron warrior who changes into a squid. He specializes in aquatic combat, dragging his opponents deep underwater and finishing them off. His weapons are super-alloy claws and suckers on his limbs that drain his enemies' energy. He's got to be the only robot in the world that turns into a squid!

TERRORSAUR/TERRORSAW - Destron Aerial Combat
A Destron warrior who turns into a pteranodon. In reality, he is Terrorsaurer, powered up after being reconstructed by Megatron. His speed is greatly increased even from before, and he can dodge any attack with ease. The colors have become gaudier.

K-9 - Cybertron Defense Soldier
A Cybertron warrior who changes into a German Shepherd. His nose is incredibly sharp, and he knows immediately if Destrons are sneaking nearer. Ambushes don't work on K-9. His weapons are a rapid-fire missile gun and sharp fangs. The transformation is elaborate and interesting. The figure is colorful too.

IGUANUS - Destron Desert Reconnaissance
A Destron warrior who transforms into a large iguana. Specializes in desert combat. His large frill serves to regulate his body temperature in the scorching desert. His weapon is a beam gun hidden in his tail, with which he can target enemies from far away. The frill is what stands out about this one.

JETSTORM - Destron Aerial Reconnaissance
A Destron warrior who turns into a dragonfly. Able to fly silently through the air, sneak up on enemies and attack. His weapons are powerful air-to-air missiles and solvent fired from his mouth. The robot mode, reminiscent of giant movie monsters, is appealing.

DRILL BIT - Destron Underground Combat
A Destron warrior who turns into an elephant bug. Burrows through the earth with the drill equipped on his right arm and attacks suddenly. His drill, which is harder than diamond, can even bore through Cybertron bodies. Spinning the drill around is fun.

GRIMLOCK Cybertron Martial Arts Commander
A Cybertron who transforms into a raptor. Even before turning into a Beast Warrior, he had the ability to change into a dinosaur. A specialist in hand-to-hand combat, he fights enemies using the saber hidden in his tail. He is a rival of Dinobot's. The white body looks cool.

POWERPINCH - Destron Grassland Combat
A Destron warrior who turns into an earwig. Rapidly closes in on enemies with his six legs, then severs his opponents in half with the pincers on his tail. Extremely violent, he is feared even by his fellow Destrons. The transformation is involved and interesting.

MANTERROR - Destron Surprise Attack
A Destron warrior who changes into a praying mantis. Specializes in attacks that make good use of speed, and has the power of flight. His greatest weapons are his gigantic scythes, from which he can fire ion discs that can track enemies anywhere and deliver the final blow. The colors are gaudy but cool.

RAZORBEAST - Cybertron Grassland Combat
A Cybertron warrior who transforms into a wild boar. Despite his small stature, this warrior so brave he won't flinch from taking on opponents more than twice his size. He's a little too bold, and sometimes disobeys Convoy's orders. His weapon is a beam pistol stored in his mane.
