Whenever something gets really popular it is often made fun of, the Transformers franchise is no different. As backlash from its immense popularity and cultural impact, Transformers is teased in various forms of media in recent history. This is done by pointing out the flaws of the franchise (lets not kid ourselves they are many), mixing it with other media for hilarious results, pure ridiculous humor or combinations of the previous three. Its worth mentioning that the most likely people to make fun of the series are its very fans.

Television

T.V is probably the best example of how popular Transformers have become, since they are so popular that they are being made fun of on Television (talk about mixed blessing), there are several example of shows that do just that.

The Simpsons

With more then 20 years of satirical humor under there belts, the family from Springfield have managed to make a few jabs at Transformers. The best example would be an episode of "Treehouse of horrors" in which transforming robots come to earth and take their fight to Springfield, destroying the town and terrorizing the locals. Another example would be a couch gag which consists of vehicles coming coming into the T.V room transforming into the Simpsons and sitting down. On the Krusty the Clown show, there is a cartoon called
