Maximal Chill (a.k.a. Chill) is a random...er...thing who does not need attention unless he is stupid enough to attract it. Do not be fooled by the name: he has absolutely no "chill". He believes his peers are intentionally stupid and are out to get him. He likes penguins for some reason. He votes democrat for some reason but asserts he does not hate America. This thing is about as unapproachable as ItsWalky or that insane Optimus. You have been warned. (I'm deeply sorry)

MaximalChill joined this Wiki on the basis that he could contribute. He was somewhat impressed by the vast knowledge it had to offer. He uses this certain page, which no one in their right mind would read, as practice for making REAL articles. As a fan, however, he has watched "all" the tv shows and some comics. There have been some times Chill lost his marbles while "attempting" to explain the franchise to his peers.

Chill once invented and adopted a combat style that involves the use of blocking attacks using the arms. This not-so-intimidating variation of martial arts was apparently inspired by the Arcee from TFP. If this simple fighting system doesn't work, he still knows how to end a life in 50 ways thanks to murder mystery novels.
