He uses his good looks and more social jock influence to make the average person see Transformers as more then just some "toys for kids", he spreads it like it's a religon.

At TransformersCon 2007, Protoman won the Transformers G1 Trivia Contest and got the ranking of "Hardcore" by the Convention organizers Colin.

At Botcon 2008, Protoman along with Team Canada got to the semifinals of the Faction Feud Trivia and shut out TFW2005's team.

Also really REALLY like's Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime.... he even has the TF: 2010 Shampoo bottle.... sad eh?

Protoman appeared on This Morning Live on July 9th, 2007 which aired live all over the eastern Canada area on Global TV. Protoman talked about Transformers, his collection and how he got so "deep" into Transformers. When pictures of his house and collection were shown off-camera News Anchor Mike Le Couteur jaw dropped and later told Protoman about owning Omega Supreme as a child.

Protoman was featured in Montreal, Canada's largest newspaper, The Gazette on July 28th, 2007 in a quarter page article with photo and full interview about his huge collection of Transformers, his life and feelings about the new Transformers movie .
