Hiya, I was a casual Transformer fan in the 80's. In and out really, I can honestly say I've tried to give televised generations a fair shot until my viscous joy drained away. I loved BW, enjoyed BM, seriously cooled towards RID, and by Armada I admitted Transformers and I were growing apart.

Ever since, my old G1 toys and show collections were old loves. Granted, by then I was old enough to realize the shows writing had it's drawbacks, and the tragedy that the toys' own engineering to transform limited the robot modes' play value. The 2007 Movie sent the first sparks. Despite it's flaws, it did the job of making me interested in the more accurate toys.

Then Animated changed everything. I have never been this interested in following a series before.
