Yeah, we know that the Canadian Transformers fans are very proud of Beast Wars (or Beasties, as it was called there) being made in Canada with Canadian actors at a Canadian studio, but the general term is US because... its an American series, commissioned in America, paid for by an American company, Hasbro. Not to disparage the efforts of others, but like animation in most 2D Transformers cartoons, or the actors in the Unicron Trilogy, they do it outside the US because either the talent isn't there, or its alot cheaper to do so, but that doesn't mean we start referring to the series by the countries they were made in.

Besides, it makes sense to have two major distinctions, Hasbro (US) and Takara (Japan). --FFN 19:44, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
