"Zero-effort" pages are of no use to anyone, and just obscure the fact that full pages are still needed. The best way to ensure you're using the correct formatting is to copy it from another page. That image of Soundwave's vehicle mode doesn't need to be there. It doesn't add anything that isn't already conveyed by the larger image to the left. As stated in our Help section, we don't need images that duplicate what's already there or aren't meaningfully illustrative.
