Please stop sniping the comic articles

Okay, I've been putting this off for quite some time, but I feel like I need to say something now: please stop trying to snipe me on the Skybound TF comic articles. I have been doing them consistently since the beginning of the Energon Universe's launch, mostly because my job gives me access to them a week ahead of time and I'm already working on the article in that time. It is a waste of both of our time and energy to both be doing it and frankly, I do not appreciate having to constantly race to get it up when we don't actually need to have the article up at the crack of dawn.

I apologize for my actions (and for the late response), and will politely step aside. The text for issue #23 is still ready to go — it's sitting in another browser tab as an unpublished edit to my sandbox — but in the interest of not stepping on your toes more than I already have, I'll leave it up to you whether or not I should go ahead and push it live.

Please understand that this hasn't been done out of active malice or the direct intent to snipe you in particular, but big, dumb, blinding over-eagerness fueled by poor sleep habits, disconnection from the wider community, and time zone shenanigans leading to Kindle delivering the comics an hour before midnight where I live. Had I been engaging with the community beyond lurking on social media and doing editing work here, I likely would have known work on these articles was already being done upwards of a week in advance by now.

Again, I am GENUINELY sorry for all this. I will still happily contribute to the comics articles, but only AFTER you make them. --Da Policia (talk)11:57, 13 August 2025 (CDT)

I appreciate it. I did admittedly have some personal life stuff come up that delayed my own work, so go ahead and post what you have since you've got it ready.
