While the universe book, and the comic adaptation does have him as a triple changer, retaining his jet mode as well as gaining a tank mode, in the movie, Megatron has only one form, his tank form. It's just his tank mode can fly. Uses the same rockets that allow him to fly in robot mode User:Eire
