Hi, when you upload screenshots, can you please upload them as jpegs instead of pngs? pngs take up more space. Also please take the time to give them a proper name and description. --abates (talk) 05:37, 20 March 2016 (EDT)

To elaborate, for RID screenshots you should paste the following template into the "Summary" field and fill out the relevant information:

So long as the pose doesn't make it hard to see what the character actually looks like, it's absolutely fine to have stock art as main images rather than screenshots, and is in fact generally preferable.

Sorry, when uploading screenshots from my phone, it only allows me to set them as PNGs - Junkheap117

Upload images as JPGs, not PNGs, don't add screencaps greater than 150kb or blown up many times bigger than their actual size, and keep scans down to 72dpi. I'll be frank: please stop uploading images. You are not paying attention to any considerations like filenames, image types, page formatting, quality, or whether we actually need them. Saix is quite correct. Enthusiasm is appreciated, but we would honestly rather you not upload images if you are unable to follow the advice you've been given about ensuring filenames, filetypes and descriptions are done properly. TFWiki holds itself to high standards, and it's not anybody else's job to clear up after you if you consistently fail to meet those standards.
