Hey there! It's great that you're trying to help, but you're running afoul of our 'no outside info' policy. Basically, we only track things that have directly shown up in Transformers-related material. It may well be the case that Darth Maul is a Zabrak, but if that doesn't show up on his TRANSFORMERS package we generally don't show it here. The exception is the trivia section, where such 'unofficial' info is allowed if it's highly relevant. My gut is that their species aren't so relevant to them as Transformers entities, but some other out-of-universe theoretically might be.

I hope this doesn't discourage you. I just wanted you to know why your edits were being reverted.--Jimsorenson 02:10, 19 August 2009 (EDT)

Location pages

[edit]

You're going to need to include some relevant information to justify the existence of those new pages. Yes, Wyoming is a place. What does it have to do with Transformers? - Cattleprod 16:34, 8 March 2010 (EST)

Reply: it was on the wanted pages list. I go there to see what pages are wanted, and create them. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Kaymac192 (talkcontribs){{#if:16:35, 8 March 2010| 16:35, 8 March 2010|}}.
Creating Wanted Pages only does us some good if there's some actual information added to the pages when you create them. Creating a skeleton page with zero TF-specific information is useless to us. --Jeysie 16:51, 8 March 2010 (EST)
I'm sorry. I don't know much about how those places relate to TF. I hope I can help some other way. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Kaymac192 (talkcontribs){{#if:16:56, 8 March 2010| 16:56, 8 March 2010|}}.
Just stick to adding information to pages you do know something about, and you'll be fine. Also, don't forget to sign your posts on Talk pages with the signature button in the button bar above the edit window. --Jeysie 17:27, 8 March 2010 (EST)

coming soon toys

[edit]

Hey, just some advice - when you add an toy entry for a toy that is yet to come out (even toys that won't come out until NEXT WEEK or something or isn't widely available yet), you use the {{comingsoontoy}} tag, which looks like this:

{{comingsoontoy}}

Thanks :) --FFN 22:08, 28 June 2010 (EDT)

Thanks for telling me about the tag. I remembered before you posted on my talk page, but thanks for the friendly reminder. --Kaymac192 22:16, 28 June 2010 (EDT)
No worries! (oh, try to reply to people on the same page they posted on, it's so the conversation can be easily read on a single page, rather than several pages (would be confusing if, say, 10 people commented - you're not gonna want to open 10 different pages just to read and reply :P) --FFN 00:28, 29 June 2010 (EDT)
Can we nowiki the template? This page is showing up in the toy category.KrytenKoro (talk) 15:43, 28 May 2014 (EDT)

Stuff Derrick Wyatt says

[edit]

Cool as he is, Derrick Wyatt isn't working on Transformers any longer, and stuff that he says at conventions and on his blog or where ever can't just be taken as canon on face value. There's a strong possibility he may simply be joking. --abates 19:26, 23 July 2010 (EDT)

Omega Supreme (Prime)

[edit]

Touhou references? In my Transformers wiki? Apparently, it's more likely than I think.--Apcog 12:46, 14 October 2010 (EDT)

Disambiguation templates

[edit]

Hey, the disambiguation templates are found here: [1]. Each one has documentation on how to use it. For the Force Chip page you'll want disambig2 and you'll want to have it on both the Cyber Planet Key and Force Chip pages. If you have any questions on it, I'll be happy to answer them. Also, for future reference, all templates can be found in Category: Templates. --Tigerpaw28 04:15, 1 January 2011 (EST)

You're awesome. Thank you! --Kaymac192 16:55, 1 January 2011 (EST)
No problemo. --Tigerpaw28 18:15, 1 January 2011 (EST)
