To elaborate, we try to keep redirects to a minimum because the searchbox auto-guesses terms, and the more redirect terms there are, the more clutter and the more actual entries get pushed out of the suggestions. We try to prioritize terms people are actually likely to look for, and in, for example, Sky-Byte's case, they're going to get as far as typing "sky-" and then the suggestions will throw out pretty much all the Sky-Byte page links we got... including the main "Sky-Byte" link that will then take them to the disambig page which will help them find the one they want if they're confused. --M Sipher (talk) 00:14, 15 August 2021 (EDT)

That is not how you move a page; the "move" button at the top should be used instead to preserve edit history. Furthermore, while a move was suggested, no disussion ever took place.
