User talk:TheRex4441
Two things, first of all characters who are the first to use a name don't need a disambiguation tag. Second of all, if you can't at the very least fill out an opening paragraph about the character, then it's not worth making the page. --Detour 12:11, 24 June 2010 (EDT)
- As an addendum, you can start up the page as a Sandbox subsection of your own user page. Just hold off on making it an actual article until some character info is available, allowing you to make at least an intro blurb.--Apcog 12:48, 24 June 2010 (EDT)
Hi, I think your write up for Legends Jolt is unfortunately a bit too much like a review of the toy, rather than a description of it :) --FFN 10:12, 23 June 2010 (EDT)
- Thanks for the advice dude! I'll try not to write so much! :) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by TheRex4441 (talk • contribs){{#if:| {{{2}}}|}}. 00:51, 25 June 2010 (EDT)
- Answer back on your own talk page next time. --Lonegamer78 00:58, 25 June 2010 (EDT)
- Sorry dude! I made this account 2 days ago and I haven't gotten the hang of things. --TheRex4441 1:08, 25 June 2010 (EDT)
- Yeah, we try to keep one conversation to one page, or else peopel would have to keep several pages open to follow the discussion. :) --FFN 01:00, 25 June 2010 (EDT)

Just a heads-up, when you're doing a write-up for a toy that hasn't been released yet, don't forget to add the {{comingsoontoy}} tag to it. --Detour 01:20, 26 June 2010 (EDT)
- Oh, thanks for the heads-up! :) --TheRex4441 09:12, 26 June 2010 (EDT)

Information about upcoming toys or media may be rooted in rumors and leaks based on incomplete/outdated information; we don't cover leaks, and we’d rather be a little behind than inaccurate (see our relevant Policy Page for more info). A supposed toy defect may be an isolated incident. A claim of inaccuracy on an article may be a misunderstanding. Exercise your best judgment before making additions, and ask first on the article talk pages or our Discord if you’re not sure.

STOP IT. Don't add that again unless you can find an official source, because we don't give half a damn what you or someone else spotted on set.
Also, you get this

- IT'S UP ON TFW2005! IT'S OFFICIAL!!!!!! --TheRex4441 03:02, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
If you two would stop jockeying for rights for loudest screamer and allow me to post, let me explain: official sources are considered those that are officially approved by the powers that be. As such, press releases by Hasbro/Paramount or interviews with writers/actors/producers. The stuff on tfw2005 is essentially leaked information and not allowed on here. -- SFH 16:03, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- Besides, they use the word "possible" a couple of times in the item, so it can't be added as if fact. Geewunling 16:06, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- But there's REAL footage! I can't work with you people! TheRex4441 3:07, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- Where's the footage? When was it posted? Where was it posted? Was it added by somebody from Hasbro or the movie staff, or by a fan? We can't accept leaked information. --NCZ 16:09, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- Footage from fans is basically somebody trespassing onto the set, it is stolen information. --Khajidha 16:11, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- I was basically saying that as a "compare/contrast" kind of thing, if that's what you meant, but yes, what Khajidha said stands. If it's something taken by a fan with a shaky/cellphone camera, it doesn't belong on this wiki.--NCZ 16:13, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- In Chicago. Today. On TFW2005. It was added by a staff member on tfw2005. HE WAS THERE DURING FILMING! HE WAS ALLOWED TO! TheRex4441 3:14. 10 July 2010 (EDT)

- @TheRex4441: We DO NOT add things that have not been confirmed by Hasbro or Paramount. We DO NOT add things that have not been confirmed PERIOD. We DO NOT edit other people's user pages unless it's to fix something and we use talk pages like this one for discussions. We DO use the preview button.
- @SFH: It's technically impossible to "jockey for rights for loudest screamer" over the internet without the use of sound clips. +
- Also, as a side note, this user wants to MURDER YOU ALL because he is writing long posts here on this talk page only to be repeatedly Edit Conflicted. ---Blackout- 16:21, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- How about I murder you first? TheRex4441 3:23, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- And suddenly a new problem emerged...-- SFH 16:24, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- No thanks on the offer. I do not take kindly to being murdered. (I DO, however, take kindly to murdering people that annoy me.) ---Blackout- 16:30, 10 July 2010 (EDT)

Will you two stop making death threats? I think that's something you can get banned over. Look, Rex4441, just take a look at our policy on sources to straighten out any confusion you may have. -- SFH 16:32, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
- And our policy on user pages. That may also help straighten out any confusion you may have. (Also, I wasn't being serious with the death threat, I just wanted to vent about getting edit conflicted about THREE HUNDRED times while writing that post) ---Blackout- 16:37, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
To put this in the simplest terms: Barricade's car was spotted on the set of Revenge of the Fallen. Barricade was not in Revenge of the Fallen. That's reason enough for me not to trust on set reports. - Cattleprod 17:10, 10 July 2010 (EDT)
