Yeah, I got the message. Terribly sorry, but here's a suggestion for possible improvement: When a new member joins up, perhaps a generic greeting should be sent to them with a link to the regulations about the usage of this and other wiki sites (no chatting, etc.). If that's being done already, please disregard. -- Zadok Rox 14:15, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
Adding seperate images
[edit]I was wishing to add some pictures of recolorings I've done in an 'Armada' coloring book (don't laugh; it's cheaper than buying a figure and the paint to do it). Is there anything special I need to do to post those pictures after uploading them? I've seen some users with a sandbox with alot of images posted and I was wondering if I needed to have something like that or not (I shouldn't have that many pictures; maybe four or five). While I'm thinking of it, is there anything legal-wise I need to do since the actual pictures themselves came from a coloring book (i.e. do I need to do more than give credit to Hasbro and the coloring book company that published the booklet)? - Zadok Rox 11:01, 23 March 2010 (EDT)
- Sandboxes should only for wiki improvement purposes (we're doing a purge of ones that aren't), and image uploads likewise are only for wiki purposes except for one user pic. Personal fan stuff like what you suggest should go on forums or deviantART, not here. --Jeysie 11:14, 23 March 2010 (EDT)
- Understood. Thanks for the response, Jeysie, and for clarifying (btw, keep up the good work, both here and with the Transformers fiction). I got a Photobucket account...*rubs his hands with glee* - Zadok Rox 22:21, 23 March 2010 (EDT)
Wittenrich?
[edit]OK, my curiosity's piqued. Why did you think he was a she? --Jeysie 16:35, 30 June 2010 (EDT)
- I thought I read somewhere that Wittenrich is female. Ugh, I'll change it if it hasn't been changed already. - Zadok Rox 21:31, 30 June 2010 (EDT)
/* Transformers: Animated Merchandise */
[edit]Were you the person who put the "Autobots" book listing under the Bendon Publishing page?
If so, what did the book look like?
I think I just picked it up today, and I want to know if we're talking about the same thing before I go to create the relevant page for it so that we're not duplicating our efforts.
- I did put 'Autobots' under the listing. I don't specifically remember the cover, but I do know it had Optimus, Bumblebee, I think Prowl, and Sentinal Prime (in a darker shade of gray than usual). Please, do create the page because I've become too lazy to create it, plus I never picked up a copy of it (I've only glanced through it once while at work, where I saw it in the first place). And a heads-up: there's also a Decepticon version simply titled 'Decepticons'. By the way, don't forget to sign your posts with 4 ~ symbols. Thanks and have a blessed day. - Zadok Rox 23:46, 17 December 2010 (EST)
Blackwater
[edit]G.I. Joe is a pretty huge franchise. Just where within it was Blackwater Prison used? The '80s cartoon, the comics...? A more specific citation would be better. --Monzo 21:15, 31 December 2011 (EST)
- In the G.I. Joe animated mini-series, The Revenge of Cobra. Sorry, I keep forgetting there was more than just the cartoons. Thanks, Monzo. - Zadok Rox 14:10, 1 January 2012 (EST)
