Víctor Ugarte Fonseca (born October 31, 1976) is a Mexican voice actor. He got into the business via his uncle Eduardo Fonseca, and is the Latin American dub voice of Harry Potter from Prisoner of Azkaban onwards. he is the brother of fellow voice actress Xóchitl Ugarte and Gabriela Ugarte Fonseca.
